Learn & Leverage Your Brilliance, a structured career and personal growth program by Debra Woog, connect2 Corporation, is a unique program for MIT Support Staff offered in partnership with the Working Group on Support Staff Issues. This skill assessment and personal coaching workshop has been reviewed for content and it has been approved for the Tuition Assistance Plan. The cost for the program is $500 and it will be reimbursed in full at the completion of the program.

Please read carefully the restrictions on the Human Resources web pages, including employment status and please be aware that $500 is the amount that may be reimbursed by TAP over a period of five years, and further that this sum is included in the total amount eligible for tuition reimbursement for a calendar year (again, please read the rules and do share your questions directly with the very knowledgeable and friendly HR staff).
